REQUIREMENTS:

- Identify Laboratory that you want to
- Working Part Time
- Reasons Want To Be Part Time Assistant at Integrated Laboratory
- Collecting Transcript (From Smst 3 to 5)
2. Part Time Operator (For Lecture and employees)
Unit Provided : GC, AAS, HPLC, TLC, UV-VIS, Hematology Analyzer
REQUIREMENTS:
- Send CV with passport Photograph
- Phone/Mobile Number Easy Contacted
- Mention tool intended to operate
- Working Part Time
- Reason Want to be Part Time Operator
- Available in Training (Total Cost of Basic and Advance Training Funded by the Ministry of Health Polytechnic of Surabaya)
